(1) 個人情報とは 本事業を通じて共同利用する範囲が提供を受けた、住所、氏名、電話番号、E-mailアドレス等、特定の個人を識別できる情報をいいます。
※「共同利用する範囲」とは、「第４項個人情報の共同利用について （2）共同利用者の範囲」で定めた対象者をいいます。

（1）技術・人材連携を通じたグローバルサウスとの共創事業（優秀なIT・AI人材の獲得に向けた人材活躍プラットフォーム事業。以下「本事業」といいます。）に関する運営、参加者への連絡、ご案内、マッチング支援のため。
（2）本事業に関連または連携するイベントや企業の製品・サービスに関する情報提供、ならびにマーケティング活動および広告配信のため。
（3）個人情報を統計的に処理した集計情報を用いて、本事業の改善および広報・宣伝活動等に利用するため。

(1) 個人情報の収集について 当サイトを通じて共同利用する範囲が個人情報を収集する際は、利用者ご本人の意思による情報の提供を原則とします。 個人情報の収集にあたっては、その収集目的を明示いたします。 個人情報の収集は、明示した目的を達成するために必要な範囲内でこれを行います。

取得した利用者の個人情報について、「(2) 共同利用する範囲」に記載されている者の間で、共同利用することがあります。

本事業でお預かりする個人情報は、以下の目的のために利用いたします。
・　本事業に関する運営、参加者への連絡、ご案内、マッチング支援のため。
・　本事業に関連または連携するイベントや企業の製品・サービスに関する情報提供、ならびにマーケティング活動および広告配信のため。
・　個人情報を統計的に処理した集計情報を用いて、本事業の改善および広報・宣伝活動等に利用するため。

(1) 個人情報の利用制限 皆様から提供いただいた個人情報は、あらかじめ明示した収集目的の範囲内で利用いたします。個人情報の収集目的を越えた当該実施機関内における利用及び第三者への提供は、法令に基づく場合等を除き、一切いたしません。ただし、統計的に処理された利用者属性等の情報については、個人情報を一切含まないものに限り、公表することがあります。

(1) 個人情報の管理 収集しました個人情報については、共同利用する範囲内において、管理責任者のもと厳重に管理し、漏洩、不正流用、改ざん等の防止に適切な対策を講じます。 なお、当サイトの運用を外部に委託することがありますが、委託先においても同様に適切な安全管理対策を講じます。

本人から、保有する個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止等の請求があった場合は、法令に基づき適切に対応します。請求方法やお問い合わせ先は以下の窓口までご連絡ください。

(1) 適用範囲について 本方針は、本事業においてのみ適用され、本事業にリンクされている他のサイトについては適用されません。 リンク先における情報の取扱いについては、それぞれの組織の責任において行われることになります。

(2)　For the purpose of providing information on events and products or services of companies related to or collaborating with the Project, as well as for conducting marketing activities and delivering advertisements.
(3)　For the purpose of using aggregated information derived from statistically processed personal data to improve the Project and to carry out public relations and promotional activities.

(1) Collection of Personal Information: When personal information is collected by the parties mentioned in the Scope of Shared Use through this website, it is based on the principle that the information is provided voluntarily by the user. When collecting personal information, the purpose of collection will be clearly stated. Personal information will be collected only to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purpose.

The personal information obtained from users may be shared among the parties listed in "(2) Scope of Shared Use".

(1) Restrictions on the Use of Personal Information: Personal information collected will be used within the scope of the collection purpose stated in advance. Use of personal information beyond the collection purpose within the implementing organization and provision to third parties will not be permitted except as required by law. However, statistically processed user attribute information may be published, provided that it does not contain any personal information.

(1) Management of Personal Information: Collected personal information will be strictly managed under the supervision of the responsible person within the Scope of Shared Use, and appropriate measures will be implemented to prevent leakage, unauthorized use, alteration, and other risks. While the operation of this site may be outsourced to external parties; in such cases, the contractors will also implement appropriate security management measures in the same manner.

If a data subject requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or other actions regarding their retained personal information, we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. (1) User Information Excluding Personal Information: This project form automatically collects information such as your internet domain name, IP address, and browsing environment (hereinafter referred to as "user information"). The user information collected is limited to content intended to improve the usability of this site and will only be used within that scope. However, statistically processed access information and browsing environment information from this service form may be made public.
